Progress toward Goal:
- Zero new refineries.
- Zero new homeland drilling projects.
- Almost zero new offshore drilling (net increase of 40 active wells).
- Stalled Alaska natural gas pipeline (initiated under Carter).
- Zero construction of nuclear power plants.
- $700 Billion annual wealth transfer to Saudi Arabia,
Venezuela, and other oil exporters.
- Crushing oil and gas prices in the USA.

The Obvious Conclusion: This governmental agency has set a new standard for effectiveness which is hard to match. Your Bureau of Motor Vehicles pales in comparison.
Should similar agencies regulate BANKS and HEALTHCARE?
